  • Does the NOVUS Resin really hold the break together so cracks won’t grow and cause the break to “crack out”?
  • Yes.
    When a Windscreen break is repaired correctly, assuming contaminants are removed and radial or edge cracks are filled appropriately, the NOVUS Repair is almost as strong as a new Windscreen.
  • How long does a NOVUS Repair take?
  • On average, a NOVUS Repair takes only 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Can the vehicle be immediately driven after the NOVUS Repair is completed?
  • Yes, assuming the NOVUS Repair has been completely cured to NOVUS factory specifications before moving the vehicle.

Replacement

  • Can you bill my insurance company?
  • Yes, we can! Novus are a Preferred/Authorised Supplier to numerous Insurance Companies.
  • After the replacement, how soon will I be able to drive my vehicle?
  • It usually takes about 1 -1 ½ hours to replace the windscreen and about another hour for the urethane to cure to a point where it is safe to drive your vehicle. How fast the urethane cures is dependent on Temperature and Humidity.

Took the family there for lunch.This is a large very well patronized pub/restaurant suitable for family groups - great vistas. They were flat out busy.$$ wise ok. Menu is interesting/compelling. Our group had several pizzas - well liked and appreciated 👏 seemed like good value.Other meals okish. Service was good.

We were travelling through the area and our car got broken into. These guys were super helpful and did a quick repair to make our window watertight right away for us. Nowhere else would help us before the weekend. Highly recommended.

I casually rang up to see what they think about my wet car carpet this afternoon. They guys were very accomodating and I was asked to drive into their shop even without having prior booking and had my car checked at no cost. These guys here are very helpful.

I arrived with large windscreen chip to make an appointment. I was attended to promptly. They assessed the chip and offered to do it immediately if I wanted to wait the 15 mins or so it would take. They advised there was no cost, as they would attend to all the paperwork required with my insurer. Great service.
